mrz99 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mrz99 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. This document serves as a legal agreement between the user and mrz99.

mrz99 is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and many other entertainment options for players in Bangladesh. The platform is built with Bangladeshi users in mind, providing full support in Bengali.

If any part of these Terms is unclear or you have any questions, please contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email before opening an account.

Registration Requirements

To open an account at mrz99, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• The registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be in the account holder's own name.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets on their behalf is prohibited.

mrz99 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at registration at any time. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details strictly confidential. Your password should not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on the account.

mrz99 actively works to prevent participation by minors. If false or incomplete age verification information is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

If you suspect that a minor in your family or among your acquaintances is using this platform, please contact us immediately. Parental control tools can be used to restrict access to this site on a device.
